We build a working app for the systems in your agreed installation, connect the controls and show you how to use them.

The free walkthrough establishes what you already have, what you want to add and what the work will cost. You approve a written scope and price before we begin.

One example installation

Whole-home
water monitoring.

See water use in real time and get alerts to possible leaks. The installation includes the monitor, fitting it, connecting it to your home app and setup.

We check your meter, Wi-Fi and eligibility for Marin Water’s discounted monitor program before quoting. The quote includes equipment, tax, shipping and installation, with any eligible rebate shown separately.

Monitoring helps you spot unexpected water use. Automatic water shutoff is a separate installation.

Troubleshooting is included. If something goes wrong with the setup we installed, you can come directly to Max for help.

Changes are quoted separately. New features, additional systems and further customization are paid work. Work needed after changes to your underlying equipment or its software is also quoted before it begins.

Any required third-party service fees are identified in your project quote.
