The gameplan
How a property becomes autonomous.
Four steps, in order. Each one is complete and useful on its own, every one of them is yours to keep, and stopping anywhere is fine.
The map & the library
We scan the property with LiDAR and build three-dimensional maps of the rooms and the systems. Then the library: every part and piece cataloged, photographed, and pinned to its place in the map.
The systems design
A working diagram of the whole property: how each system connects, how it functions, and what depends on what. When something misbehaves, this is why the fix is fast.
The integrations
We integrate the systems that can be integrated and upgrade the ones that can't. Then we add what's missing: water tank monitoring, energy metering, and the apps you already have (Ring, your solar inverter, Lutron lighting) brought into one place.
The autonomous workflows
The property gets its own account, its own email, and an invoice protocol for vendors. Mail gets read, invoices match the work, the library updates itself. Money never moves on its own.

A headland is the ground you watch the water from. The Marin Headlands are dotted with old observation posts built into the hills, keeping watch over the Golden Gate. That's the job, and it's in the name: the head for your land.

A lighting system every dealer wrote off
A 1990s Lutron system, 157 loads, unprogrammable for fifteen years. Rescued over its serial port, now running on the console daily.

An estate's tanks had no monitoring at all. The plan: a flow meter, a pressure gauge, a controlled valve, and a network strong enough to carry every reading to the owner's phone.
