What’s in the film
A coastal home comes into view. Phone controls turn on the living room lights, open the bedroom shades, and adjust the air conditioning. A driveway camera shows the entrance. Exterior fire sprinklers run a system test, followed by garden irrigation with a water-flow reading. The home overview brings together room controls, security, electricity and water usage, and system status. The film closes with Headland Systems. Controls and readings are examples.

A client’s hose ran for four days. I added water monitoring, and when the same thing happened again, we caught it and stopped it early.
